guided by Mr. S Maju, who has an industrial and consulting experience of more than a dozen years. Maju,
is a proven business excellence consultant who has completed more than 10,000 man hours of Hand-on,
on-the-job consulting, whereby companies in both the hemispheres have been benefited immensely. An engineer
by profession he has worked with various domestic and multinational business houses in various capacities
including senior managerial cadres. For the last more than half a dozen years he has been working with
International well known business consulting firms and again had had the opportunities to lead them from
the helm. A qualified Lean Practitioner, Maju has achieved a rare feat by getting certified in Design
for Lean Sigma. He has already mentored companies from various sectors like Automotive, Engineering, Retail,
Food, Chemical, Steel, Textile, IT, ITES, BPO and many more spread across Asia, America and Europe.

| The ImpTek deployment philosophy consists of specific methodologies and clear cut approach for various
industrial segments like manufacturing, service, retail and IT/ITES. A typical client assignment starts with a
week long exercise of Value Stream Mapping, (which will establish a current & future state map) with detailed
parameters and matrices, followed by various Kaizen weeks which are intended towards removal of waste and
Non-Valued-adding activities from the system.

secrets and confidential data. In this tune, ImpTek Solutions is agreeable to enter into a Non-disclosure agreement
with a client who signs an implementation contract with us and shall fully abide by the terms agreed therein.
